Alkmaarder and Uitgeestermeer lake

Recreation area Alkmaarder- en Uitgeestermeer is a beautiful area between Alkmaar, the North Sea Canal and Zaanstad. The recreation area owes its name to the 660-hectare Alkmaarder and Uitgeestermeer lake of the same name. All year round, there is plenty to do on, in and around the lake. From endless cycling and walking to endless water fun. Here you can experience it all!
