9. Marinas in de Rijp

Enjoyment in the middle of the Eilandspolder

De Rijp has no fewer than two marinas. In the centre of the village is the Passantenhaven en Watersportvereniging Eilandspolder, with 60 permanent moorings and 20 passers-by moorings. There is also Jachthaven De Meermolen, idyllically located with a view of the Eilandspolder and the Beemster. The marina has around 48 berths, offers water and electricity and visitors are welcome.

Moor your boat and explore the 17th-century village on a walking or cycling tour. You can also hire a whisper boat in the Land of Leeghwater and explore the Eilandspolder. Here you are guaranteed to spot many bird species, such as the great egret and the kingfisher.
