Cattle of the Blonde d'Aquitaine breed are kept on the farm. In summer, the cows graze in the meadows around the farm. Here they feast on all the grasses and herbs that grow there. In winter, they stand in spacious straw pens, where they are fed with the hay and grass they harvest from the nature reserves. This is supplemented with some extra vitamins and minerals to keep the animals in good condition. Moreover, the animals are given all the time and space they need to grow, which benefits the meat quality. The Blonde d'Aquitaines are not treated preventively with antibiotics and no artificial colourings or fragrances are added to the meat.

The farm has a shop where you can buy various meat packages every Saturday between 13:30 and 16:30. Besides the meat packages, the products in the packages are also sold loose in small quantities and you can go here for special loose products, such as diamond fillet, bavette, long fillet, tail, oxtail, beef cheek, ribeye, smoked sausage, carpaccio and sole.
