Ilperveld and Pigland
This 3.5-hour cruise takes you through nature reserves the Ilperveld and Varkensland.
The route takes you through two beautiful natural areas. Mainly peat meadow areas, with some bog forests. Here you will find many birds and beautiful views.
Important information:
- The starting point of the route is at the Luijendijk lock. If you want to start the route at RS Watersport in Zaandam, the route takes 1.5 hours longer.
- The route has several low bridges and is only suitable for low boats.
