South Delicatessen
Zuid Delicatessen is located in the picturesque old centre of Monnickendam, near the harbours. It is one of those shops where you automatically wander in: the historical building breathes atmosphere, and inside you will discover a rich assortment that makes every gourmet happy.
You will not only find beautiful Dutch and foreign cheeses, but also fresh baguettes, dried sausages, wines, nuts and a selection of Spanish hams, including the famous Iberico Bellota (better known as Pata Negra). In addition, South Delicatessen offers a tasty collection of pastas, pasta sauces and authentic Italian herbs.
In the cosy shop an enthusiastic team is ready to advise you. Service and customer-friendliness are always central here, making every visit feel like a warm welcome and a small culinary experience.
