Since 2006, Pop- en Cultuurpodium P3 has been the stage for live pop music, dance and theatre in the Waterland region. P3 offers a wide range of crossovers, crowd-pullers, established artists and local heroes.
Of course, P3 is also the stage for emerging talent, genre-crossing music and dance evenings for (almost) all ages. In the theatre, programming is provided by Theater de Verbeelding.
Every week, four music societies rehearse in P3, including Harmonie Crescendo, Stedelijk Orkest Purmerend, Symfonisch Orkest Purmerend e.o., and Muziekvereniging Kunst Na Arbeid. In cooperation with Muziekschool Waterland, De Popfabriek has been established.
Organising an event
P3's three halls can be hired for events, symposia and concerts. If you want to organise an event for your company, organisation or privately at a beautiful and inspiring location, P3 is the obvious host. P3 has various halls that can be used both separately and in combination. The atmospheric room accommodation offers unprecedented possibilities for parties, presentations, drinks and meetings.

Rehearsal rooms
Pop, rock, jazz, classical or hip-hop? Everyone can rehearse in P3. P3 has various rehearsal rooms for bands and individual musicians. Our rehearsal rooms are fully equipped and fully featured. You can rent them per time but also on a yearly basis. They have a cosy bar for a drink in between and after rehearsals. Check the website for more information.
