Boat tour de Rijp
De Rijp has over 10 years’ experience in organising memorable boat tours in the Eilandspolder.
This Natura 2000 protected nature reserve is a wonderful place to sail through with a skipper who will tell you about its rich history and natural environment. This 950-hectare former island is home to unique villages such as Graft and De Rijp. These have stood the test of time and date back to the era of herring and whaling. The era of Jan Adriaanszn. Leeghwater and the stadtholders Prince Maurits and Frederik Hendrik (Amsterdam). Immerse yourself in the natural beauty and the jewels of the Golden Age.
You can book a number of boat trips online, including a ticket for our Hop-On boat trip to Graft. This so-called ‘Monumentenschuitje’ (Heritage Boat) was created to offer individual visitors to our villages a boat tour, including highlights such as the Smallest Sweet Shop in the Netherlands and the town halls of Graft and De Rijp.
