Cheese farm Groot
Kaasboerderij Groot, located in Middenbeemster, is known for the artisanal process by which the Groot family passionately transforms milk from their own cows into delicious dairy products.
On the farm, the milk is carefully processed into creamy yoghurt, full-fat cottage cheese and a wide range of delicious cheeses. These cheeses, with their unique flavours and character, are a real treat.
Several times a week, the shop at the cheese farm offers these delicious cheeses and other products such as fresh eggs, milk, buttermilk, various fruit juices and artisanal farm ice cream. Do you like fresh buttermilk? You can buy that here too.
Since 2022, there has also been a cheese vending machine where you can buy cheese any time of the day. Fresh from the cheese farmer to your own plate and you can taste it. In addition, Kaasboerderij Groot also sells fun cheese gifts and other small gifts. Visitors can enjoy the highest quality products, all made with love and craftsmanship!
