Purmerend market hall
On the site of the former cattle market, a beautiful multifunctional event location opened its doors five years ago: the Markthal Purmerend. The name and appearance of the building are an ode to Purmerend's historical function as a market town.
The building and its central location make the Markthal Purmerend a versatile and distinctive location for both commercial and cultural activities. Thanks to its spacious design, flexible layout and characteristic appearance, the hall offers opportunities for a wide range of events and concepts.
The Markthal is extremely suitable for markets, fairs, consumer and sales days, product presentations, promotional campaigns, business meetings, network meetings, product launches and other business events. The location also offers excellent opportunities for temporary shop concepts, outlet sales and the sale of clothing, furniture and other party goods. The open space makes it possible to organise a variety of customised commercial activities, from small-scale presentations to large-scale public events.
In addition, the Markthal lends itself perfectly to cultural and social initiatives, such as exhibitions, art shows, cultural presentations, workshops and other inspiring gatherings. The location is also an attractive setting for parties, receptions, anniversaries, weddings and public events....
