Woltje discovered the Dutch syrup waffle in Gouda and thought: I can do the same in Volendam! But not just like that, she created her own unique version: the Volendam treacle waffle. A waffle like you won't taste anywhere else! Step back in time and take a look in her old bakery, a bent piece of history.
