Labyrinth - Hans Leutscher
In its original historical sense, a labyrinth is the designation for a linear form, a sign, which had its origins in prehistoric times.
In our current parlance, a labyrinth can be understood as an indistinguishable situation that has a structure but is not so clearly perceptible. Metaphorically, then, everyone's life can be understood as a quest through an imaginary labyrinth, on the way to insight and self-knowledge.
