Edam Water Day
Water Day Edam is an annual event that guarantees fun for the whole family. The highlight of the day is the free market, where you can sell or trade your old stuff in a fun way.
For those who love sports, there are various water sports activities, such as canoeing with demonstrations by the canoe club and the Warder rescue station. You can also practice in a canoe yourself. An exciting beach volleyball tournament will also take place at the Cheese Market.
Music is of course not to be missed. The Vechtblazers from Weesp and the Kaaskapel Edam provide atmospheric performances.
From Wednesday 12 August, you can put up ribbons and reserve your spot. Thanks to the efforts of many volunteers, this event is made possible every year.
