Born A Tribe is a reggae band from Amsterdam, born out of friendship and a deep love for reggae. The name is no coincidence: we are born as a tribe.
The band members come from all corners of the globe, and you can hear that in their music. The foundation is always reggae, but this is cheerfully complemented by funk, flamenco, pop, hip-hop, dancehall and ska. In short: a tribe with many sounds, one feeling.
Born A Tribe has already performed at festivals such as Zwarte Cross, Kwaku Festival, Reggae Lake, Loungefest, Reuring, Uit je Bak and Pop’t Op, and has played at venues including Patronaat, Q-Factory, Paradiso and P3 Purmerend.
