Bianca's Restaurant
Between Alkmaar, Hoorn and Heerhugowaard, in the middle of the colourful flower fields, lies the Dutch Brasserie 'Bianca's', with a stunning view of a Dutch windmill and cosily decorated with Delft blue!
With a seasonal, regional and á la carte menu, you will find something for everyone here. They use local products with a story and warmly welcome you for a complete evening out.
About Bianca's
What once started as a coffee shop grew into a brasserie and is now a restaurant where you can speak of a true dining experience. Bianca Pronk started Bianca's at this unique location in 2005 and she is happy to stay involved with this place where she will take care of the B&B and its guests. These B&Bs are called 'Pronk houses' and can still be booked.
Opening hours
- Closed on Mondays. Open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for groups of 10 or more only. Open from 10.00 am until closing time from Thursday to Sunday.
