Bakhuis de Koophandel
The bakery is located in the centre of Edam in the former 18th century 'Kaaspakhuis de Koophandel'.
The shop has an artisanal feel and is located on Voorhaven, near the old town hall. Bakhuis de Koophandel is different from traditional bakeries. Not only because of the product selection, but especially because of the layout. From the sales area, you look into the bakery where fresh products are produced all day long. As a result, the production process is transparent and you can see and smell fresh bread all day long. Besides the range of delicious breads, you will also find a selection of cheeses.
