Swimming pool the Waterdam
Zwembad de Waterdam is one of the Netherlands' largest swimming pools with several indoor and outdoor pools, a large sunbathing area and many fun attractions.
The pool is open daily for recreational swimming, but also offers a wide range of (aqua)sports, swimming lessons, fun activities for (grand)parents and children and medical groups. In addition, they have attractive rates for families and large groups.
Outside, they have about three square kilometres of sunbathing area full of play equipment, football goals, a water-sand play area. They also have a 50-metre pool with diving pit and two diving boards (1 and 3-metre boards), a 40-metre by 33-metre leisure pool with two slides and two spacious toddler pools. Both inside and outside are changing, sanitary and shower facilities you can use.
Inside they have a 25-metre competition pool, an instruction pool and a recreational pool with slide (including timekeeping!), creek with rapids, you can swim from inside to outside, whirlpools (at a separate charge), bubble beds and a paddling pool.

There are catering facilities both outside and inside and it is also very possible to organise birthday parties. They can even offer a (very popular) diving party!
Parking is free and there is free Wi-Fi inside. The Waterdam is also wheelchair-friendly, there are no thresholds and there are special wide cabins and a separate changing room for those who need some extra space and support.
