Farmer-dining goes for a ride! Boergondineren stands for gourmet food from the farmer. They cook to order and preferably with seasonal products.
The team at Boergondineren is inspired by the delicious folk colours from various countries in Europe. All dishes are prepared using traditional methods. Purity, honesty and simplicity are paramount.
With their large pan, they go on the road. They then prepare on location a delicious BBQ, paella, grilled vegetables, and so on, bringing along the various salads, vegetables, starters, desserts and anti pasti.
