Café Chantant | Young home-grown talent

For this edition, there is room for 20 Dutch-language songs. Each participant can enter one or two songs. You sing at least one song; depending on the composition of the programme, possibly two. Solo or as a duet - all are welcome. We provide the musical accompaniment, you provide the voice and the experience.

The theme of this Café Chantant is young home-grown talent. An ode to the new generation of Dutch artists that has conquered the music landscape in recent years. From vulnerable and small to energetic and compelling, these songs strike a chord with young and old alike. Think of songs by Bente, Meau, Suzan & Freek, Froukje, Antoon and others. Which voice from the new Dutch sound will you let us hear?

Even if you don't want to sing yourself, you can enjoy an afternoon full of Dutch songs, live music and special voices.

• solo or duet (and in the case of duet: with whom)
• which version and by which artist
• any desired key
• your singing experience
• (optional) an audio or video recording of yourself singing
• After registering, you will receive confirmation with further information and instructions.
