During the weekends in June, Museum Jan Boon in De Rijp will host the Alkmaar Art Collective. Thirteen artists will together present a varied exhibition with different art forms and styles.
From painting and photography to ceramics, collage and sculptures: the exhibition shows how broad and lively the Alkmaar art scene is. The Alkmaar Art Collective consists of artists from diverse backgrounds and educations. In their joint studio space in downtown Alkmaar, they work on their own art, while inspiring, stimulating and supporting each other in the creative process.
