Let it be dark and discover how beautiful the night is in the Wormer and Jisperveld. ‘The Night of the Night’ is an annual event designed to raise awareness of light pollution. Due to the abundance of light, fewer stars are visible and there are all sorts of other effects on nature and the environment. Led by a skipper and guide, we’ll set off in search of a dark spot in the fields. At the Poelboerderij, we’ll round off the evening with hot soup, fire pits and the chance to view the stars and planets through the telescopes of expert stargazers.
