The art of cheese-making
The museum is housed inside a building that dates back to 1778. It features a permanent exhibition about the art of cheese making in a historic weighing room. Visitors can taste and purchase cheese here too. De Kaaswaag Edam is open every day between April and September but it's closed during the winter months.
